NON-CRITICAL SUPPORT PROCESS

For any non-service affecting issue, a trouble ticket with the Service Provider is not required. Simply communicate the issue to teXium by your preferred means of contact as described in step number two below..

CRITICAL ISSUES SUPPORT PROCESS

It is vitally important that you get a trouble ticket opened as soon as possible with the Service Provider.

Troubleshooting will not begin until you open that ticket! Therefore, we request that you take the following steps
.

  1. Call the Service Provider and open a trouble ticket. Locate the providers phone number with our online Provider Directory.

  2. Submit a teXium Support Request and include as much information as possible.
  3. Use any one of the method listed here, in order of preference:

    • Complete the teXium Support Request below ~or~.
    • Email support at support@texium.com ~or~
    • Call support at 877-600-7263 and select option #2

  4. teXium will proactively contact you by email to confirm receipt of the support issue and will keep you informed by email and/or phone regarding our progress and the resolution of the issue.
