In the world of technology you can purchase services from either the direct company representative, or an independent technology consultant.  Either way your agreement and customer service will come directly from the service provider.  Both are compensated by the provider at no additional cost to you.  The big difference is that direct representatives get paid once, and are driven to move on and find the next customer.  Consultants are paid a small amount monthly for the life of your agreement, and therefore are motivated to provide the additional level of support that ensures your satisfaction, so that you will continue with your service.

An independent consultant will give you the full picture...

teXium represents over 100 different service providers.  Often the best solution for our customer involves a blended solution with services from multiple providers.  A direct representative can only provide services from his or her employer, and may not even be educated as to the architecture or benefits of a blended solution or the offerings of their competitors.  Our allegiance is to our customer, and we therefore recommend the best price vs. performance solution regardless of the provider.  Finding the right solution without a consultant is like watching a black-and-white TV… you're not getting the full picture.

Even with the simplest of implementations, there are many moving parts.  Someone has to do the co-ordination and take responsibility for service delivery.  With teXium you get expert vendor management.  We make sure all the moving parts are aligned so that things go as smoothly as possible…. and even then sometimes they don’t!  teXium knows how to handle these situations… we’re pros at it.  If we need a last minute resource to resolve an issue, we leverage our extensive network of vendors and partners to make things happen.  If an escalation with the provider is required, we have far more resources at higher levels than our customers, or even a direct representative has.  One of the greatest value propositions of working with teXium is our expertise at vendor management.
